Our office in Dagenham serves as the registered head office for the business, all the West family are based here along with a large long-standing team of dedicated andexperienced staff.

The building was the first of its kind in Essex. Designed by Jack West & Jeremy West, the impressive purpose-built premises were completed and opened by the Mayor in 1982. Expanded in 1993, to include additional private chapels for families and again in 2006 to include facilities for our unique bereavement support group HOPE.

Many of our immaculate vehicles are housed here and maintained in pristine
condition, to provide families with the transport fitting for such an occasion.

The extensive and traditionally refurbished offices offer the setting to relax and calmly undertake arrangements and bespoke chapels of rest, should you wish to visit your loved one prior to the service.
