Over the years we have taken great pride in providing the highest quality vehicles available, we operate a unique fleet of black Bentley Hearses & Limousines, recognised to be one of the finest in the country.
Alternative fleets of black Jaguar and Rolls Royce vehicles are available upon request, plus a wide range of alternative modes of transport; from vintage vehicles & horse drawn hearses to London Route-master Buses all to make your final farewell personal to your loved one.
We will ensure every part of your journey to and from the funeral is taken care of and can always accommodate any special wishes.
Horse Drawn Carriages
Working in a pair or as a team of four, our horses and carriages are the most dignified and impressive cortege possible, and a fitting tribute to the passing of a life.
We offer horse-drawn hearses and mourning coaches in either black or white. These 19th century vehicles are drawn by black Friesian horses or white Hungarian horses and are driven by highly experienced coachmen providing an elegant and traditional appearance.
Horse-drawn carriages have seen a resurgence in popularity and provide a magnificent accompaniment to a classic carriage hearse. Choices of black or white horses are available. We offer a variety of coloured plumes which can personalise the horse-drawn hearse for the day.

Our Coffins & Caskets
It can be a very emotionally difficult process choosing a coffin or casket, but our team is here to guide you and decide upon the best possible option for your preferences and budget. We have a wide selection of cremation and burial coffins in a variety of woods and alternative materials and finishes. All coffins and caskets chosen from our standard range are made from eco-friendly materials and comply with either cremation or burial protocols.
Your choice of coffin or casket can add an individual touch to the funeral, so that you can truly honour the character of your loved one.
Requests for bespoke designed coffins are also catered for upon request. All our coffins are fitted in our own in-house workshop, to the families’ specification, with some of our range still traditionally hand made by our master craftsman.
All our coffins and caskets have fully furnished interiors with quality gowns and frills available in a variety of colours.

Bespoke Vehicles
With almost a quarter of people saying they would like an alternative hearse to take them to their funeral, it is fast becoming one of the most popular ways to create a unique funeral. This may be to reflect the career or lifestyle of the deceased and can take the form of a vintage vehicle, a motorbike with sidecar or even a lorry.

Premises & Staff
Our traditional and spaciously designed offices offer a personal space to make arrangements. Appointments are not required, we ensure our staff will be able to be there to support you through every step of the arrangements.
Our chapels of rest are a quiet, dignified environment in which friends and family can pay their last respects to their loved one. Each of our offices have a number of private arranging rooms, in order to make your visit as peaceful as possible.
All of our offices are conveniently located throughout Essex and run by our dedicated Managers and staff.
Our fully trained funeral staff will be attired in smart black and grey uniforms which provide an immaculate and beautifully presented team to carry out your loved ones funeral.
As well as the funeral director, who will be present on the day to guide you throughout the proceedings, there will also be additional members of staff who act as drivers and pallbearers. Our funeral directors and assistants provide an invaluable source of support and ensure the smooth running of events.
