- All our offices have been carefully designed to offer the utmost comfort to families. There are bespoke Chapel of Rests in each, giving a sense of peace. Our premises are not lock up shops as a member of our staff lives above each one, giving further peace of mind.
- We are a founding member of S.A.I.F, The Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors, and abide by a strict code of practice. We continue to play an active role in ensuring quality of service and transparency is maintained within our profession.
- Our staff are an extension of our family, most of whom have been part of our team for a considerable time. We have an ongoing extensive training program for all our staff ensuring we remain fully conversant with current legislation, customs and cultures whilst maintaining our exceptional high standards.
- We are proud of our pristine Bentley fleet of Hearse and Limousines, which is recognised as one of the finest in the country.
- We appreciate for some family’s there maybe financial restrictions, if this should be so, be assured we will help and be versatile to find a way to accommodate basic wishes, whilst ensuring our high standards of service is never compromised.
- When a funeral has been arranged, we will always provide a full estimate and confirmation of arrangements. Nothing more will be added unless additional services are requested and agreed by the family.
- We are always there to give guidance and support prior to a death, throughout arrangement and importantly afterwards. Our unique aftercare support program ‘HOPE’ Helping Overcome People’s Emotions in grief, which is free of charge, has helped numerous people come to terms with their loss.

Costing Examples
We understand everyone is an individual and it is important to ensure the type of funeral arrangements you make are a personal reflection of a life lived. With this in mind, we have set out several different examples below giving you a clear idea of our charges.
Direct cremation
The funeral service costing includes:
- Facilitating all legal documents and professional services rendered.
- Conveying the deceased into our care within normal working hours and within a 15-mile radius.
- Basic closed coffin.
- Cremation to take place at a crematorium and time decided by us.
- No mourners in attendance at the ceremony.
- Provision of a hearse only direct to the crematorium and providing all necessary staff.
- Inclusive of Crematorium Fee
Total – Starting from £1,795 + Drs Fees (Full payment in advance of funeral)
Simple Funeral
The funeral service costing includes:
- Facilitating all legal documents and professional services rendered.
- Conveying the deceased into our care within a 20-mile radius within normal working hours.
- Visiting the chapel of rest if required.
- Families choice of service day and time (Depending on availability).
- A Service direct at a local church, crematorium or cemetery chapel.
- Provision of a hearse only from our office or home address to a local church, crematorium or cemetery. Providing all necessary staff.
- Collecting cremated remains from the crematorium
- Bereavement support
Total – Starting from £2,610 + Disbursements
Traditional Funeral
The funeral service costing includes
- Facilitating all legal documents and professional services rendered.
- Conveying the deceased into our care within a 40-mile radius.
- Presentation treatment, dressing of the deceased, visiting the chapel of rest.
- Families choice of service day and time (Depending on availability).
- A Service at a Place of worship or Cemetery/Crematorium chapel.
- Provision of a hearse and one limousine from local residence to the service and providing all necessary staff.
- Collecting cremated remains from the crematorium.
- Bereavement support.
Total – Starting from £3,035 + Disbursements
We would like to reiterate the above examples are for illustrative purposes only and are there to act as a guide. You may choose a different coffin or casket, require additional limousines, a horse drawn funeral or any other personal requirements to make the funeral bespoke to you. Please be assured each additional charge will be itemised on the estimate form given to you at the time of making the funeral arrangements. We promise nothing more will be added to our account, unless extra services are requested by the family.
