They took the time to explain everything to my elderly grieving mother, unfortunately 4 days after Dad’s funeral we lost Mum. West & Coe were amazing they even kept Dads ashes on their premises so they could come home together and we didn’t have the heartbreak of collecting while coming to terms with losing Mum. They arranged for the same funeral conductor which made it even more personal as he had met Mum a month before.
